A law professional having experience of approximately 18 years consisting of litigation legal advisory and consultancy on Criminal Law Property Laws Arbitration Laws Matrimonial Laws Labour in original and appellate side of the Supreme Court High Court National Commission State Commission & Trial Courts in Delhi. I have been advising and providing consultancy services to foreign clients with regards to foreign investment in India including external commercial borrowing. He is empanelled lawyer of EPFO Government of India for handling the litigation in Delhi High Court National Commission & State Commission. I have been pioneer and aggressor against the illegal activities of Public School in Delhi - NCR region. He is also associated with a NGO and render pro bono legal services to the needy who has been languishing in the Jail. His endeavour is to make legal services accessible to the every section of the society especially to the marginalized people of the society. His service area encompass all aspects of the specified practices areas including opinions drafting reviewing and vetting all types of documents implementation compliances representation before statutory bodies / authorities obtaining statutory licenses / permissions approvals etc. I have been actively involved in litigation practice representing the client at Supreme Court High Court National Commission State Commission NCLT/NCLAT Company Courts Trial Courts and other statutory body.
