I am an experienced business professional in ITeS Sales, pre-sales, Business Development, & Marketing Operations. In my current organization, I am a part of the Group CEO's strategy office and head business operations & growth for CSM Tech in North America- having started & built the company's business operations from the scratch in United States & Canada. Over my past 6 years with CSM Tech, I have worked across several geographies & have driven business expansion in new territories through strategic alliances. I have opened up new business accounts for the firm in the US, Canada, India & East Africa. I have also spearheaded the creation & incorporation of the group's subsidiary entities i.e. CSM Technologies Africa Limited (Kigali, Rwanda), CSM Technologies, Inc.(Tampa FL, USA) & CSM Tech Corp (Toronto ON, Canada) In my previous roles with past employers I have driven process excellence, process design, sales in consumer durables & consulted early age startups on their business models, product GTMs and growth marketing. I thrive in environments dealing with complex problems involving liasoning and negotiations with multiple internal & external stakeholders. I have experience of working with large public sector clients, and also with driving IT services deals in partnership with major OEMs like MS, AWS, Oracle, Liferay & Odoo. I have developed, grown & nurtured client accounts in the domains of Healthcare, education, public sector services, travel & hospitality and Agritech. I am well versed with the complexities of 0-1 journeys & then the challenges in 1-10 scale up. I am an MBA grad from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong & was among India's 50 most employable management grads from the batch of 2017 by InsideIIM. I love speaking in forums, roundtables & podcasts about emerging areas in technology and about enabling strategic & operational tracks of GCCs/COEs for driving collaborations among global teams in the managed services space.
