MAJOR HIGHLIGHT •Instrument bench calibration, activity supervision and inspection for the entire plant. •Cabling and termination of electrical and instrumentation works. •Splicing, terminating in marshaling cabinets. •Procurement and installation of well head instrumentation including X-mas tree. •F&G instrumentation testing, commissioning and cable termination in marshaling cabinets and at instrument terminals as per termination drawing. •Troubleshooting interconnections with ICSS and ESD as per interconnection diagram. •Loop checks as per instrument loop diagrams. •Termination of cables at the DCS panel as per DCS I/O Schedule. • EExd electrical interconnection wiring in EExd enclosures. •Proficient use of Single line diagram to find fault and troubleshooting in electrical distribution systems. •Pressure testing of lines and valves as per specification. •Main airline leakage identification and repairing activity supervision. •Burnt Cable replacement with new cable laying supervision and inspection as per the engineering drawing. •Manpower planning with client and ensure that man power available at site is in accordance to the client approved manpower histogram. •Interpretation of drawings during up gradation/refurbishment, scope of work, established standards and specifications applicable to the project. •Prepare bulk material take off from drawing for estimation/procurement activities. •Having good knowledge of reviewing ad preparing of method statement and instruments test procedures (ITP). •Troubleshoot and fixed the problems during logic check in operation test procedure (OTP). •Take part in review of department procedure, safety and health procedures and engineering specifications. •Review and preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress report. •Continuous inspection of maintenance work to conform to project requirements.
