About Premlata Sand

Mrs Premlata Sand is a Wellness Ambassador, Cancer Conqueror, Social worker, Acupressure Specialist, Yoga & Pranayam Trainer. Presently as a chairperson of Indifamily Foundation, she has a commitment with 21+ years of experience, to bringing wellness to all living beings by devoting Tan-Man-Dhan. She was diagnosed with cancer in during her recovery she experienced the benefit of natural life sciences from food to daily lifestyle. After the recovery, she decided to devote her life to cancer patients and their wellness. Mrs Premlata learned Yogasana & Pranayam under India’s revolutionary Yog Guru Swami Ramdev. As the first Female Yoga Trainer from Ajmer, in the year 2008, she was awarded as the Best Yoga Trainer in Rajasthan from Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar. She also did formal education in Acupressure & Natural Healing Techniques from Acupressure Sansthan, Jodhpur. In 2010, she joined Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Jaipur as a Social Worker and Executive Member of the Cancer Care Unit. She is also a Life Member of Jaipur Cancer Relief Society, SMS Hospital, Jaipur and Birla Cancer Women Society. She has counselled over cancer patients and supported them through their journey. As a former executive member of Jan Shikshan Sansthan, Bharat Vikas Parishad and other NGO’s she focused on girl education, skill development of the underprivileged and supporting the values and culture of India. As an Ambassador of India Health Line & Blood 4 India Mobile app by Vishv Hindu Parishad, she closely worked with Dr Praveen Togadia and his team. It's now a network of over doctors and over 2.3 million people are befitted in terms of health consultation and blood donation/requirements. Mrs Premlata is a Guest Author to various publications, Been felicitated by various organisations for her contribution towards wellness and healthcare. In the last 21 years, she has impacted millions of people for a better and healthy lifestyle with her own life as an example.
