I am a Management Consultant at Zinnov, a leading global management consulting firm, where I execute tailored compensation, benefits, and talent engagement projects for renowned Global Capability Centers in India. I have a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Manipal University Jaipur. My core competencies include compensation and benefits analysis, performance management, career development, and employee engagement. In my current role, I have developed comprehensive industry reports and thought leadership pieces on key HR topics, such as salary increase analysis, attrition and hiring trends, employee benefits, compensation trends for new-age GCCs, and talent engagement in hybrid work environment. I have also successfully executed projects in performance management and career development for a leading software GCC, contributing to their talent management excellence. I am passionate about elevating the talent strategies of GCCs and helping them achieve their business goals.
