About Prerna Pal

I am an ambitious individual with over six (6.5) years of experience. I have completed my Masters's degree with a specialization in Psychiatric Social Work. As someone with a diverse background in para-medical counselling, project coordination, and program training for adolescent girls. As a para-medical counsellor in a TB-HIV project which was working in collaboration with the government health system, I gained valuable experience in providing counselling services, health talks, and group talks to patients affected by these diseases and families with which I developed strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations. Then as a Coordinator cum Counsellor in a school I demonstrated strong organizational skills by successfully overseeing the implementation of various programs and activities for the well-being of the students by providing individual and group counselling sessions and collaborating with school staff to provide a supportive environment for students also collaborated with teachers, parents and students to create a supportive environment for students holistic development. And now in my most recent role as a Program Coordinator- Trainer for adolescent girls, I am developing experience in conducting training sessions for adolescent girls on various topics such as health and hygiene, early child marriage, education and leadership skills.
