Something that blots my childhood memory with my friends is my ability to coach them right before exams. Guess What! It didn't take me long to figure out what a rewarding career would look like for me. At the end of the day, my job involves people. In my present role, my biggest strength is being able to quickly and easily see skills, gifts and talents that people don’t even realize they have. In t I am known for my people-centric approach.
