About Preston Davis

Preston has been a commercial real estate agent since 2003 and leads Newmark Grubb's Industrial and Office Divisions in Utah County. During the past Five Years, he has closed over 200 transactions, including the sale or lease of over Square Feet. Preston began his real estate career in 1992 in Provo, UT as a developer of Brigham Young University approved off-campus housing. In 1995 Preston received a double major in English and Music from BYU and completed an MBA at BYU's Marriott School of Management in 2003. While as the Marriott School of Management he concentrated his studies on Real Estate, Investments, and Finance. Between undergraduate and graduate studies, Preston created a comprehensive business plan and raised in venture capital to start and co-found the successful online real estate virtual-tour company Circlepix.com. In 2004 Preston helped to develop a $4 million state-of-the-art self storage facility and began building a comprehensive real estate database. This unparalleled and proprietary database contains more than 6,400 investors, 2,100 buildings, 3,900 businesses, and 8,700 vacant parcels of land. Preston and his partner, Kevin Ford, continually update this database in order to identify leasing and sales opportunities that would otherwise go unseen through the public channels of marketing. Preston is a member of the BYU Management Society and an Eagle Scout. He and his wife, Judy Fletcher Davis, are the parents of 2 boys and 2 girls.
