About Preston Dittmar

I have worked at Assure Disability, a Technology Company doing many different things over the past 3 and a half years. I have helped manage and create the leads system withing our website and overseen the completion and distribution of thousands of leads. Aided in a project taken on by our company by the state of Louisiana in which me and the rest of my team handled thousands of claimants in only a couple of months, including preparing their information for processing for their hearings and organizing their documents for law firms. I was given the opportunity to develop and implement a system of reports that utilize information from our site that is used by the sales and development teams to determine weak points, target markets, and design new tools which all make our site better. I have managed many customer satisfaction and technical support calls in which I effectively communicate and use critical thinking to solve the issues at hand. I have some goals set for myself in my professional career. I want to one day lead a team that fixes technical problems and always leave people satisfied when they receive correspondence from us. I want to make life easier for people that I interact with and leave them never needing me again, but them being so uplifted by our conversation that they will want to connect again because of the way they were treated.
