I possess master’s degrees in public administration and business administration and strong communication skills, with natural gifts in collaboration, building partnerships, and leading by influence. My tenure as a Marine veteran, having achieved the top enlisted rank of E9, instilled in me unparalleled discipline, leadership, and the ability to drive vision and purpose. I aim to enhance leadership accountability and increase participation across organizations to ensure that DEIA strategies and policies are driving internal and external community impact.
