As the owner, president, and founder of Heritage Stone Builders, LLC, I have over 10 years of experience in the custom homebuilding industry, where I have built over 20 quality homes in various neighborhoods in Wake Forest, Raleigh, and Durham, NC. I have also achieved two-time Silver Winner status in the Parade of Homes in Wake County, a prestigious award that recognizes excellence in design, craftsmanship, and innovation. I have a dual credential as a North Carolina General Contractor Unlimited and a North Carolina Real Estate Broker, which enables me to offer a comprehensive service to my clients, from land acquisition and development, to design and construction, to sales and marketing. I have a strong background in financial analysis and forecasting, contract negotiation and management, market research and analysis, and customer service and relationship management. I also have a passion for leading and developing my team of sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers, who share my vision of delivering high-quality homes that meet and exceed the expectations of my clients.
