I started my own window cleaning business in January 2019 in St. George, UT originally to give me freedom and flexibility over my schedule to get me through college at Dixie State University. In my second year as a business owner, my sales and productivity had grown to the point where I saw an opportunity to hire employees, and expand with more of a full time approach. Putting my schooling on hold gave me the time to hire two employees, increase my sales, and bring in enough revenue to funnel into my business as a real estate investor. I have flipped two of my residential investments, and kept a third property as a rental. At this point, I'm researching to use the capital I made off of selling the two houses to invest in a multifamily commercial property. Over the last three years of investing in residential real estate, I've really developed an interest in the commercial side real estate. At the start of 2022, I decided to start working on my realtors license with the intention to move to a large market and become a commercial real estate broker. In February 2022, I sold my window cleaning business, and moved to Orange County, California. I'm close to finishing my license, and have started to network with the commercial R.E. firms in the area. I'm driven, open-minded, and completely committed to jumping into this new industry.
