I began my career with Coldwell Banker as a Commission Processor, processing the commission on real estate deals. I learned very quickly and after only 10 months with the company, I was promoted to Commission Team Lead where I led a team of five commission processors. In this role I learned a lot about managing work loads for small teams and maintaining a healthy dynamic between individuals of different mindsets and personalities. After about four months in my lead role, I decided to move back to my home town of Green Bay, Wisconsin to pursue other opportunities.In Green Bay, I began working in corporate trust with Associated Bank. My title was Settlement and Reorganization Specialist. In this role, I settled trades and monitored and processed corporate actions for Associated Bank's trust clients. Some examples of corporate actions I've processed include cash mergers, stock mergers, forward and reverse stock splits, name changes, and partial calls, among others. I also lead a number of projects including the trust operations procedure project and the integration of the new "E-Tran" system where outside investment authorities can make their own elections on corporate actions. In 2019, I moved from Green Bay, Wisconsin to Bradenton, Florida in the hopes of meeting new people, discovering new experiences and opportunities and continuing to build on my career and achievements. I eventually landed at Franklin Templeton where I accepted a role in their transfer agency as a Client Service Representative. In 2021, I moved to Franklin's Tax Reporting department as an analyst. My responsibilities were centered around the proper reporting of withholding, income and capital gains tax for our investors. This included preparing the daily federal and state tax payments and preparing the 1099-DIV and 5498 tax forms.After nearly 3 years with the company, I left Franklin Templeton to join Baird in April of 2022 where I became a Client Assistant at the Green Bay branch. In my current role, I work with a team of 5 to assist our clients with their wealth management needs. My responsibilities include processing money movements and maintenance on accounts, as well as longer-term projects related to the organization of client data. I am also currently working my licensing exams. Having completed the SIE exam, I am now looking towards the series 7, and the series 66 after that. Since joining Baird, I have been very impressed with their culture and their dedication to providing the best service for their clients. I'm happy to be here and excited to learn more.
