About Preston Williams

I’m a product designer with over 5 years of UX experience and a strong background in digital design, development, and creative problem-solving. I thrive on designing seamless, intuitive experiences that bridge the gap between business needs and user goals.Currently, I’m the sole product designer at Pin Payments, shaping the payments experience for Australian businesses. Over nearly three years, I’ve worked across many new product features, onboarding, updating their design system, as well as dashboard updates and refining user flows—streamlining complex financial processes into user-friendly solutions. Before diving into product design, I built a strong foundation in digital and creative design. From UX and web development to branding and multimedia, I’ve worked with companies like RSM, RAC Arena, and Parklife Group, honing my skills in visual design, research, and front-end development.I’m passionate about solving complex problems with elegant, scalable design—whether it’s improving a user journey, refining a design system, or collaborating cross-functionally to bring a product to life. Looking ahead, I’m eager to take on more leadership, drive strategic design decisions, and continue pushing the boundaries of great user experiences.
