About Prestor Saillant

As a Model Based Systems Engineer II at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, I apply my skills and knowledge in configuration management, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), data analysis, requirements capture, verification and validation to support the design, development, and delivery of innovative solutions for the defense industry. I have over 4 years of experience in planning, documenting and conducting of verification and validation events. I obtained a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and a minor in mathematics. I also hold a US Secret Security Clearance and multiple certifications in data analysis, MBSE, and automation. Prior to joining Raytheon, I served as an Airborne Infantry team leader in the US Army for six years, where I demonstrated leadership, teamwork, discipline, and tactical expertise in various airborne operations, air assaults, and live fire training exercises. I am passionate about applying my engineering skills and military experience to contribute to the mission and to make a positive impact on the world.
