As the Senior Human Resource Professional, my current portfolio includes recruitment & staffing, performance management, employee grievance management, workforce planning and development, HR budgeting, compensation and benefits management, HR records maintenance and other HR operations. I have excellent research capabilities coupled with organizing skills, which helps in providing a consistent, dependable HR experience for my staff. I have the ability and the experience in coaching and motivating employees to put forth their best efforts. Adding to the above, my experience in handling employee grievance issues are exemplary as my ability in relating the issue with relevant governing laws and policies and my natural aptitude in conflict resolution help in providing excellent HR guidance.
