Prikshit is a highly accomplished and technically empowered professional with incredible experience acquired over the years in diverse areas encompassing project management covering planning & execution of Engineering Projects, Vendor development, implementation of QMS, Quality, Erection & Commissioning of Plants, and Continuous Improvement. Prikshit started his career as Team Leader in Design, Engineering & Execution of technology oriented projects with M/s L&T (Heavy Engineering Division) and gradually rose to a level of Vice President-Projects with Fernas Construction. He is honed with skills in managing, planning & co-ordination, Engineering & Procurement areas in EPC (in the Oil & Gas industry), sourcing & monitoring of packages (Process/Rotary packages, Utility packages like DM Water), reviewing the scope of work/supply & technical specifications for optimization of cost, vendor development, price negotiations, managing interface with internal/external stakeholders during execution, monitoring of project milestones & expediting progress by conducting regular meetings. Prikshit possess strong techno-commercial acumen with the ability in handling vendors, preparing tender documents/specifications & finalization of requirements, estimates & BOQ; evaluating & executing contracting works as well as handling negotiation, award and review of contracts as per deal agreement Prikshit holds the credentials of: saving 15 million USD by sourcing from alternate vendors & price negotiation negotiating & executing process packages & rotary packages Implementing the concept of ‘from RFQ by Engg to closure of Purchase Order / Work order’ Prikshit is a complete manager, capable of fostering an atmosphere to motivate highly talented professionals; decisive leader with proven abilities in leading workforce in business uncertainties, while ensuring prudent resource management.
