I am a results-driven professional with a strong foundation in business performance management and enterprise systems implementation. Currently, I focus on managed service business performance and evaluation, where I help drive operational efficiency and strategic improvements in Telkom Indonesia. Previously, I worked as a SAP Consultant specializing in PM, PP, QM, and CS modules, supporting end-to-end implementations across major mining, geothermal, and oil & gas companies in Indonesia. My project experience includes large-scale ERP and EDMS deployments using platforms like SAP S/4 HANA, SAP CRM, SAP ECC, and SmartPlant® Foundation. I’ve been deeply involved in system deployment & customization, data migration, training, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring solutions align with business processes and deliver lasting value.
