I have enjoyed many technical and operational positions throughout my career in web development, product development, and strategy. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: I can successfully scale up “studio” capacity to increase productivity and double the company's client size- I put the clients at the center of all that I do - I develop helpcentre platform, e-learning platform and knowledge base articles to enhance knowledge sharing internally and externally - I actively seek for bottlenecks in workflow and work to improve it I can align, lead and grow teams from 6 - 12 people- I love to help team to achieve their success in personal and professional growth - I speak tech and business I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person - I am constantly learning because everyday is a school day and life is about learning - I focus on making high-quality decisions Outside work, I work voluntarily for a church and lead a digital team to create websites, apps, audio editing training programmes, podcasts.
