About Prisca Mbiye

As a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, I have a strong background in health and wellness. I am currently the Assistant General Manager at Mecha Noodle Bare, a popular Asian fusion restaurant that offers a variety of dishes and drinks. I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including accounting, staff management, customer service, and inventory control.In addition to my operational duties, I also have a passion for new business development and sales. I have successfully recruited and collaborated with six women-owned brands that were featured in our retail store, generating additional revenue and exposure for our restaurant. I have also curated and hosted candle-making workshops for groups of 10-15 people on a weekly basis, creating a loyal and engaged customer base. Furthermore, I have managed all marketing efforts through various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and Tiktok, that promoted sales and store events. I have conducted market research to stay informed on consumer needs, industry trends, and best practices. I am motivated by the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our customers, and to contribute to the growth and success of our restaurant. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as skills in new business development, sales, and marketing.
