Hello, my name is Priscila Mazzon. I am a current student at Florida International University, and I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communications (PRAAC). I also work full-time in the healthcare field as a Caregiver Manager at The Key. In this role, I am responsible for staffing cases by connecting caregivers to elderly or disabled patients as well as organizing schedules and payroll. I have experience in management with a focus in human resources and a financial background, both gained through previous coursework and in a professional capacity. Through my 11 years of working for various companies, I have built a strong expertise in implementing policies and strategies with the goal of maximizing profits. My colleagues would describe me as a go-getter who enjoys staying ahead of the curve in order to circumvent or combat any issues that may arise. I am an excellent multi-tasker who thrives under pressure. I believe teamwork and communication are the best ways to ensure efficiency and excellence in a professional environment.
