About Priscilla Badu

With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minors in Business Economics and Real Estate, and a pending Masters of Science in Finance from the university of Notre Dame, I bring a diverse background and skill set to the table. My professional experience ranges from managing properties in Africa to participating in the University of Notre Dame Real Estate Trek in Southern California, where I engaged with CEOs of prominent real estate companies. I also worked as an intern analyst for Ocean West for the summer of 2024. As a former Sales Associate at Home Depot, I honed my communication and leadership skills while providing exceptional customer service. My professional experience was also influenced as an intern for the Law Department of Chicago and Northern Trust Bank through Chicago Summer Business Institute. Additionally, my involvement in leadership roles such as Admissions Ambassador and treasurer for organizations like Dance Africa and President of the Black Culture Arts Council has allowed me to cultivate creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. I've organized events like the BCAC Coffee House, fashion shows, and Diamond Ball showcasing my ability to lead and innovate. Outside of academics and work, I am passionate about service work, having volunteered at the Center for the Homeless, where I organized storage rooms and provided emotional support to residents. I'm also multilingual, fluent in English and Twi, with proficiency in French and ongoing studies in Spanish. My diverse experiences, coupled with my skills in Microsoft Office, excel, power point, Canva, time management, and social media marketing, make me a well-rounded professional ready to contribute effectively in any environment.
