Background
About Priscilla Baker
As a farmer's daughter, my passion for agriculture has been a lifelong pursuit. This passion led me to study agriculture at The Royal Agricultural University, where I gained extensive knowledge about the industry. During my third year, I focused my dissertation on the impact of cultivation methods on soil health. Graduating with a 2:1 in Agriculture BSc Hons. Through this research, I developed a strong interest in the future of farming, which ultimately guided me to my current job role.I now work at Madeley’s Chartered Surveyors where my focus is the new Sustainable Farming Incentive. Advising farmers and landowners on how to improve their farming practices in a more sustainable way. I’m excited for what the future holds in this evolving sector.
