About Priscilla Kalugdan

I’m a seasoned marketing professional with 20+ years of experience leading high-performing teams and delivering impactful integrated communications strategies. I’ve focused my career on promoting sustainable, people-centered transportation through strategic planning, targeted messaging, and behavior change campaigns. Specializing in alternate transportation—public transit, rideshare, biking, and walking—I blend creativity with data to shift behaviors, build community engagement, and support policy and sustainability goals. I thrive in collaborative environments, manage cross-functional teams and agencies with ease, and enjoy connecting people to smarter ways of getting around. I also bring that same energy to my volunteer work—from supporting school gardens to serving on DEI and community boards—where I stay rooted in public impact. Always curious about creative ways to spark change and improve how we get around—happy to connect. Specialties: Transportation marketing, alternate transportation marketing
