With over 20 years of industry experience in healthcare, regulatory affairs, and quality, I am a seasoned and passionate leader who thrives on driving resiliency and sustainability across products and portfolios. As the Global Strategic Resiliency Leader at Kenvue, I help lead and drive the company's commitments related to product resiliency and sustainability, in partnership with other cross-functional leaders and stakeholders. Previously, I held the same role at Johnson & Johnson, where I was responsible for launching and creating a global extended producer responsibility strategy for the new consumer health company, including drug takeback programs. I also led an award-winning team of six country diversity, equity, and inclusion leaders across Southeast Asia, expanding the presence and reach of our employee resource groups and driving equality of care, equity for success, and inclusion of valued employees. I am a certified ISO lead auditor, a practising pharmacist, and a postgraduate in sustainability and circular economy & health product regulations. I am motivated by a vision of a more resilient, sustainable, and inclusive healthcare industry that delivers value and impact for all.
