About Priscilla Leung

Passionate about mental healthcare, psychoeducation, and providing spaces for people to come into and share their stories. Currently dedicated to journeying with 1.5 and 2nd generation children of immigrants as they are trying to figure themselves, others, and the world out. At my core, I am passionate about helping others and dedicated to lifelong learning. My therapy approach is relational, systemic, and strength-based. I am grounded in trauma theory and primarily informed by Internal Family Systems and Family Systems theories. I work collaboratively and relationally, recognizing that my clients are the experts of their unique stories. Through my own growth journey, I have learned that our families of origin, environments, and societal contexts have a real impact on us. I offer my expertise and experience to help clients look at the past, to better understand the present, and to work with them to grow in their sense of self so that they can move toward positive and lasting change. I help clients identify and draw on their strengths to increase your resiliency and meet their goals.
