CAREER After following with high motivation a Human Resources Development training course (professional conversion), which involves a 4 months placement work in a company, I signed a great oppotunity at Doctolib. First as an intern (on March 2022) and after that, as a permanent employee (end of June 2022)! So happy to grow with talented people proud of what they are & what they do! Why I decided to Join Doctolib - helping in transforming the world of healthcare - adding strong values : Serve, Care, Act, Learn - working in a positive environment - empowering myself with the tools, culture & knowledge SKILLS Known for my dynamism and confidentiality awareness, problem solving, organizational & communication skills, strategic, passionate about people development. MY STORY I started to work 20 years ago for many Hostess/Secretary agencies providing staff for corporate/home/events all over Paris (in charge of 60 companies : Van Cleef & Arpels, EADS, Mercedes, Schlumberger, Cadbury, Natexis, Areva, Air France, Thales, Dior, Chanel…). Ensuring the continuity and quality of service, resolving conflicts between staff, clients & managers. While exploring strategies for dealing with difficult personalities, I found and joined THE company I’d been searching for! Delivering leadership, management and sales behavior change trainings for organizations and individuals. Helping in identifying my needs, and what was important for me to achieve and accomplish in my personal and professional life.
