I bring a unique blend of experience from the classroom to the corporate world. My career began in Education and Coaching, where I spent 10 years teaching and mentoring high school students—7 of those as Head Coach for Cross-Country and Track in a DFW-area school district. That chapter taught me the power of leadership, discipline, and helping others reach their full potential. Driven by a passion for people and performance, I transitioned into Talent Acquisition, where I’ve found a new arena to apply my competitive spirit and coaching mindset. I’ve grown from recruiting corporate and IT roles to leading a high-performing team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In my current role, I focus on: Streamlining and improving TA processes Reducing time-to-fill metrics Mentoring and developing my team Enhancing our employer brand and community presence I thrive on building strong teams, driving results, and continuously learning new ways to elevate the hiring experience—for candidates, hiring managers, and the organization.
