As a Program Manager at GoKwik, I work on their login product KwikPass which empowers brands and creates a seamless login experience for users. In the past 5 years, I have worked across Strategy, Growth, Product, and Operations. Due to my upbringing, becoming an entrepreneur was my ambition, so I joined Natwest Group to understand how businesses function at scale. This experience served as a model for how global brands seamlessly maintain stringent quality standards. Now, I wished to understand how such processes were instituted to drive excellence. Getting to influence the trajectory of my next employer, Athena, provided that. Initially a 15-member organization, it has expanded sevenfold in three years. Here, I have donned many hats, transforming myself into a truly interdisciplinary thinker—a critical trait for any entrepreneur. My initiatives toward business growth have increased revenues twofold.
