About Pritee Rai

As a human resources business partner at EY, I enable the success of over 300 employees across various functions and regions. I collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organizational vision and values. I have over 6 years of experience in HR, working for leading consulting firms such as Deloitte and Gi Group. I have developed and managed talent pipelines, recruitment processes, diversity and equality initiatives, human resources systems, and performance management frameworks. I have also facilitated multiple training and development sessions, coaching and mentoring programs, and employee engagement activities. I am passionate about creating positive and inclusive workplace cultures where employees can thrive and grow. I hold an MBA degree from Amity University Delhi, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in business, commerce, and management. I also speak English and Hindi fluently, and have a keen interest in learning new languages and cultures. My goal is to leverage my HR expertise and leadership skills to support the growth and development of EY and its people.
