o Finalization and preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual closing of accounts in SAP including FI, MM & SD module; o Preparation of Working capital finance statement & cash flow management, Financial Modelling, Projections for finance, budget for management etc; o Liaison / negotiation with Bankers, rating agencies for fund based and non fund based sanction limit documentation and its review, attending consortium meeting with bankers; o Monitoring issuance of various bank guarantees to customers and letter of credits to vendors as per PO terms; o Preparation of monthly stock statements, Quarterly Information Statement, Annexure I & for bankers; o Monitoring & control over Capex Financing; o Routine functions like MIS, debt structure, accounting, expense provisions etc; o Supervision and control over sales, debtors as per projects; o Analysis of various MIS details like debtors ageing, creditors ageing, Inventory ageing, General Ledgers, Prime Cost etc; o Co-ordinating with various auditors like statutory audit, bank audit, internal audit, cost audit; o Variance analysis of physical verification of Inventory & assets etc; o Monitoring Income tax matters, GST matters including reconciliation, returns etc; o Support functions in secretarial work. Assignments undertaken in current company: o Handling and participation for 1st time implementation of SAP Hana system in company; o Participation, preparation and handling of various financials, documents etc. For the activity of demerger, amalgamation and then listing of company.
