Verify final, inprocess models and Validate process sketch to produce part to the manufacturing process. Make offline CMM program for all in process and final operation for part using Mitutoyo - MICAT- software. Inspect 1st off, Prove out CMM program and advice the the development team to make necessary corrections and modification in manufacturing process Develop Production stability of the manufacturing process. Knowledge on Specification and Standards for Aerospace -(ISO, PCS, LAT, PS, BAC, MIL, SAE AMS) Prepare First article Inspection Report (FAI) & also make FAI’s using model based definition. Knowledge of Catia Specialties: Hidden talent - Can impart training on Mitutoyo MICAT - CMM software on how to define probes, create coordinate system, create program to inspect different geometrical tolerances and print customized inspection report.
