As a Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master at Morgan Stanley, I work in the Market Abuse Regulations Agile squad, where I collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver solutions that comply with the regulatory requirements. I have over Eight years of experience in working with top global investment banks, such as CRISIL and Morgan Stanley, where I contributed to various projects involving Fixed Income trading Compliance, Institutional Equity sales and trading, Index rebalancing, Operations and Corporate Governance. I have also gained multiple skills and certifications, such as Agile Project Management, Scrum, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), that enable me to facilitate the agile development process and ensure the quality and efficiency of the deliverables. I hold a Bachelors in Financial Markets degree from the University of Mumbai, where I studied capital markets and gained a solid foundation in financial analysis and valuation. I have also cleared CFA Level 1, pursuing my passion for advancing my knowledge and skills in the investment industry. My goal is to leverage my expertise as a Business Analyst to support the growth and innovation of Morgan Stanley and its clients.
