With a strong analytical and process-oriented mindset, I have successfully managed hundreds of real estate resources and served as an integral part of developing the AdamsBridge offshore delivery model. My focal points include developing and managing complex sourcing engagements in areas such as: property accounting, real estate finance, forecasting, and lease administration. Fueled by a passion for deploying sharp business acumen and proficiency in finance, I am an accomplished multilingual professional with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola College, Chennai. I started my career in 2005 as Associate; since then, my technical prowess has empowered me to quickly rise through the ranks and secure a position in a new era of real estate outsourcing. Currently, I am at the helm of India operations for a US company comprised of 400 employees, managing the most complex Lease Administration & Accounting. Being a self-starter with a tendency to thrive in dynamic environments while remaining logical and focused, I am comfortable in both entrepreneurial and corporate roles. My success to date has been driven by a very strong service philosophy based on integrity, competence, understanding, and a responsive operational style.
