1) Churn in Telecom Industry October, 2019 onwards I am working on this paper with Jigsaw labs, it is an attempt to study why people migrate between different cellular telecoms by using logistic regression. Which had involved complete cleaning of data, binning continuous variables, treating for missing values, treatment of NA’s, identification of correlation among variables, converting categorical variables to dummy variables. And had built a predictive model using logistic regression. Also built a meta model for ‘Churn in Telecom industry’ in python using random forest as sampling technique and tree models as base learners. 2) Child undernutrition and its Determinants in Andhra Pradesh February, 2017 Analysed a primary survey data conducted by ‘Young Lives International’ organisation using the ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method to determine the significant variables affecting the childhood under nutrition in Andhra Pradesh (India) under the guidance of Dr Amrita Chatterjee, Assistant Professor, Madras School of Economics (MSE). 3) Time Series Analysis Worked with models on time series analysis with R, using Holt winters model for Random Fluctuations, Trend, Trend and Seasonality, Automatics Exponential Smoothing. I have also worked on ARIMA models, Auto.arima(). 4) I have good understanding of Applied Econometrics, Econometrics, and statistics which has enabled me to use the tools like R and PYTHON in the most efficient way and to understand given problem at hand and apply needed methods with complete understanding of it as to when to apply linear regression, logistic regression and what hypothesis test to be used. Python, including NUMPY, pandas, SCIKIT-LEARN.
