As a human resources professional, I know how important my role is in regards to business success. With over 4 years' experience in HR, I am adept at enhancing the employee experience and developing positive workplace cultures. Since 2018, I have been employed in HR management for a Fortune 500 company in Bangalore.I have gained valuable insight into relationship management, leadership and team player skills. At Amazon, I also learnt the value of teamwork and the importance of delivering high quality work. I was selected as a mentor for new hires and I enjoyed this role as I am passionate about training and developing employees. I was a training & auditor for Amazon as well where I have a passion to train, mentor and audit their performance and Amazon provided a platform to do so diligently. My excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable me to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues. My pro-active attitude helped me to spearhead teams and projects at Amazon like COVID Resource Center, where we would handle pandemic induced policies, queries, escalations, and special grant/pay related queries of amazon employees.pay, compensation, benefits, problem solving, escalating broken processes,training, mentoring, employee engagement, & learning and development are both my strengths and I am highly passionate about these departments. My previous work experiences as well as my course have provided me with a strong foundation to excel in an HR role, and I am excited to bring my skills and dedication to a new organization.
