Following my education, I started my professional career as a Process Associate at IGT Solutions Pvt Ltd in Pune in September 2019. My role involved providing customer service to clients and ensuring smooth operations of the business. During my time at IGT Solutions, I developed my skills in self-motivation, leadership, responsibility, teamwork, problem-solving, decisiveness, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure and time management. In June 2021, I took up the role of Chief Customer Service Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Pvt Ltd in Pune. My responsibilities included leading and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high-quality customer service, and addressing customer queries and complaints. In this role, I developed my skills in negotiation and conflict resolution. Career break due to my mother's health issues- Took a break from my career to provide full-time care for my mother who had health issues. In conclusion, I am excited to embark on a new journey in the Customer service industry as a Customer service representatives. With my education, skills, and experience, I am confident that I can contribute positively to the success of the Customer service industry and provide an exceptional experience for Customer.
