About Priya J Nadkarni

Hello, I am Priya! My research interests span across broad areas of quantum information processing and quantum computation. My core specialization includes quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant quantum computing. I love applying my experience as a quantum error correction researcher and an engineer towards building fault-tolerant quantum computing systems useful for solving important problems common to humankind. In my pursuit to build a fault-tolerant quantum computing device and to design quantum information processing protocols, my engineering background provides me with an advantage to view the problems from a systems perspective, and my theoretical, applied mathematical physics background from my Ph.D. helps me design mathematical models and techniques towards solving problems. I am currently working in the Architecture team at Xanadu!
