Clinical Knowledge and Clinical Data Management are the key focus which advances my line of work. I am well-qualified individual with eye for detail and always likes to work on clinical data management and clinical process management work profiles. I have more than 17 years of experience in clinical data management and clinical process management. I have gained good amount of experience in handling global Clinical trial studies as Lead Data Manager in Oncology, Respiratory and Gastro intestinal therapeutic areas and has also helped in customizing various tools ans applications During the course of my experience, I have been handling all stages of a study like Pre- set up, set up, Conduct, Post Go live, Interim lock, Data base lock, Audit and Post data base lock Activity. With strong skills in planning, execution, monitoring and resource-balancing skills also developing and maintaining strong long-term relationship with stakeholder I have excelled in my work. I can proficiently lead team and oversee Process team, QC team, Coding team Archiving team, Training Team and Business Continuity Management team. I have developed excellent knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part11, CDISC, Statistics and regulatory submission. My forte in expertise in handling all clinical data according to company’s guidelines, protocols, and safety procedures always keep me a performer in the organization
