I believe that our ability to live our life on purpose depends on how well we can influence ourselves to achieve our objectives and work the team as the smallest unit of our success. SELF-LEADERSHIP and TEAMWORK. My work on leadership starts with the 'self'. It starts with having a developed sense of who we are, what we can do, where we are going, and how we are going to get there. And then having our emotions, attitudes, behaviors, communication, and actions support us in getting there. We can only lead others in meaningful and empowering ways when we can lead ourselves to achieve our objectives. Having the ability and the skills to take advantage of the highest potential that exists within the teams that we are a part of, could be the most fundamental reason for our success. So how do we team up for success? Once we know our WHY, the WHAT and the HOW are skills that can be acquired, and tools that can be implemented, to create winning teams. I look around in today’s connected world, I see the level of awareness, the sharing of experiences, and the knowledge resources available so freely all around, and I wonder - If I had known 'then' what I know 'now' how differently would I have lived my story.
