Priya has a passion for supporting an ecosystem that advances innovative and creative works and represents the interests of small and medium-sized businesses and start-ups on a global scale. Priya is already a rising prominent voice in IP protection and enforcement. She regularly briefs policymakers on Capitol Hill, engages with industry experts on national and international platforms, and drafts impactful amicus briefs for her association’s small business members. She has experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and other documents, and counseling business clients. Priya holds a J.D. with a Recognition in Intellectual Property Law from the George Washington University Law School and is licensed to practice in D.C, New York, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
