About Priya Nair

I am a Trial Manager and delivery professional with 18+ years of experience across Broadcasting, OTT, Mobile, Broadband, and Banking & Financial Services. I specialise in leading complex, end-to-end trials that de-risk product launches, protect customer experience, and enable confident go-live decisions within large, multi-stakeholder environments. At Sky, I own the full trial lifecycle, from defining trial strategy and impact assessments (budget, resourcing, and risk) through planning, execution, defect governance, executive reporting, and formal trial closure. I work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams including Product, Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and third-party partners to ensure delivery alignment, operational readiness, and quality outcomes across TV, OTT, Mobile, and Broadband platforms.I bring a strong background in quality engineering, release readiness, and delivery governance, with experience across both Agile and Waterfall models. Alongside delivery, I focus on continuous improvement and leadership — mentoring junior team members, leading retrospectives, and exploring AI proof-of-concepts to simplify and automate trial planning and preparation.Key credentials include:Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals CertifiedISTQB Foundation Level CertifiedCertified Agile Extension Foundation Level
