I joined Adecco, the world's leading HR solutions company, as a Recruitment Consultant in February 2022 and worked there until September 2023. My core competencies include Recruitment, Human Resources, Communication and Problem Solving skills. As a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco, I supported the recruitment process for various clients in the banking and other sectors. I worked with senior consultants to source, screen, and interview candidates, and to provide feedback, guidance to both clients and candidates. I also used LinkedIn Recruiter to find and connect with potential candidates and to showcase Adecco's services and values. I contributed to the team's success by delivering high-quality candidates and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. I learned a lot from working with Adecco, and I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to new challenges and opportunities.
