Priya Rajan is a Management Consultant at Kearney in the Digital and Analytics practice. Over the past two years, she has advised global clients on technology and AI transformation, digital operations, and data strategy—driving impact across the semiconductor, retail, telecommunications, and healthcare industries. Most recently, she has been helping a leading global retailer implement AI point solutions and agentic AI across multiple use cases to accelerate speed to market and strengthen customer engagement. Prior to consulting, Priya spent over four years at Fidelity Investments as a software engineer, where she built a strong foundation in technology and product development. Her transition from engineering to consulting was fueled by her passion for applying advanced analytics and AI to solve complex business problems. She combines deep technical expertise with strategic problem-solving to help organizations unlock value through digital innovation and data-driven decision-making. Her work has included designing an end-to-end digital transformation for a leading semiconductor foundry, developing proactive supply chain risk mitigation strategies for a utility equipment company, and creating predictive analytics solutions to optimize incident ticket processing. Priya holds an MBA from Smith School of Business, Queen’s University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India.
