Motivated by my fascination with the healthcare field, I am determined to utilize my expertise and transition into a leadership and developmental role. My ultimate goal is to contribute to advancing healthcare practices and delivering impactful improvements in patient care. I am pursuing a Masters of Healthcare Administration(MHA) at CSU Long Beach. This advanced degree will equip me with the essential skills to shape the future of healthcare organizations, improve patient outcomes, and drive operational excellence. I am actively seeking employment or internship opportunities that allow me to advance my knowledge in healthcare operations and finance.
