In my childhood my teacher always told my parents that I was the most talkative in class and wherever she would place me in the classroom I would end up talking to everyone. As I grew up, I developed the art and passion for not only being the voice for those who could not communicate but I also trained people to effectively communicate. As a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in HR management has enabled me to gain hands-on experience in training and development, employee data tracking systems, greenhouse, workday, ICIM, CRM, conferencing, coordinations, planning and executing trainings, exit formalities, customer management, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills along with being flexible and adaptive to new opportunities and learnings. With my experience, expertise and skills from India, I am now ready for new challenging opportunities.During my free time I love connecting with like minded people, binge on a few web series, read fashion blogs and watch Bangalore best food and travel reels. I also love to play badminton, go for long walks and pet a few dogs around.
