PR’s are of different classifications such as Preferred- Global Procurement Negotiated, Function Negotiated and Tactical Buy. • Assisting users in creation of PR’s (catalog-non-catalog). • Assisting users is performing goods receipt in Ariba. • Performing invoice reconciliation to clear invoice exceptions such s PO quantity variance, PO price variance, PO received quantity variance, PO amount variance and Item unmatched. • Creation of new Catalogs and update of existing catalogs using Ariba and CIF conversion. • Involved in creation and update of Standard, Zero- Price and Punch-Out Catalogs. • Creation of query tickets and tracing them using Service Now. • Update category cards in CC Enablement Tool. • Adding suppliers to different category cards based on the products and update supplier classification.
