My organizational skills make it easy to file and log all documents using an easy to understand method. I have the ability to track documents and to create procedures for controlling and maintaining paper and internet documents in an efficient manner. I have the ability to recognize problems with the way documents are being written or with the system used for maintaining them and I can offer solutions for any problems that I discover. I am proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access. I am also familiar with Spreadsheets. I have outstanding written skills with the ability to keep excellent records. I also have strong interpersonal and verbal skills that help to ensure proper communication without misunderstandings. I understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive documents and the importance of integrity.
