I am the golden bridge that you are often wondering about. That's right. I strive to accomplish what others believe to be a daunting task of bridging the gap between sales and marketing. Whether the sales team is out on the field or completing calls virtually, they are hungry for leads. qualified leads. That's where I come in! Although the marketing funnel doesn't show sales until the bottom, it doesn't mean that the sales team shouldn't have input earlier on. After all, they are customer facing!(Can you tell I was in sales before?) Is the target audience uninformed? Let's focus on awareness campaigns. Is the target audience engaged? Let's focus on lead generation campaigns. Working together, the quality of lead generation increases because we are focusing on the Voice of the Customer. Many MSPs' earned media, paid media and owned media is adapting to digital. My role is the Digital Marketing Account Manager. I am there to work with our team of specialists to implement the digital strategy and tactics needed to achieve the organization's common goal to accelerate growth. I believe in connecting marketing activities to sales (YES! I told you I am the bridge!). I don't expect you to blindly believe that the "marketing although I am a professional marketer that went to school for it, so it might save you some time. Luckily, I also specialized in Marketing Analytics and LOVE how numbers tell the story. After all, this is how I determine what to do more of because it's working and/or less of what isn't!
