I am a seasoned Analytics and Pre-Sales & Solutioning professional with 7.5 years of experience in the Pharma industry across Analytics Consulting Project and People Management Process Optimization Pricing and Solutioning & Bid Management. I am currently working as a Pre-Sales and Solutioning Manager at Freyr Solutions for the North Americas region. I lead a team of associates who help scope the requirements for small mid-sized and large pharma companies and devise custom solutions at attractive pricing in collaboration with global stakeholders. I have exposure to the basics of Regulatory Affairs Medical Writing Regulatory Labeling & Artwork Publishing & Submission Compliance and Pharmacovigilance for US and Canada markets. Previously at Axtria I have steadily grown through the ranks from an Analyst to a Project Lead within 4 years successfully delivering commercial analytics projects with increasing complexity and scope. I have worked on projects across Incentive Compensation KPI Reporting Segmentation & Targeting Geography Alignment and Sales Force Effectiveness. I also have hands-on experience in data analytics using SQL Advanced Excel and basic R. I've also led the implementation of one of the largest commercial operations projects at Axtria where I was responsible for understanding and training cross-functional teams on the new data and the business rules collaborating with delivery teams on the implementation of delivery systems and processes and validating these through parallel systems. I've also been involved in organization development activities such as conducting SQL and Incentive Compensation trainings at Axtria and conducting interviews for recruitment of management graduates at Freyr.
